As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and a trained social worker and therapist, what I have found is people need time, a break, a moment for themselves. Often they think it looks like a 2-week silent retreat or a daily 90 minute yoga class, but nobody has time for this! I know how exhausting it is to find time for just about anything that isn’t urgent.

So I’ve designed a program that doesn’t actually take much time, but will give you the most effective tools to use throughout the day to renew, restore, and reconnect so that you can keep showing up and giving to those you love most, feeling like a whole version of you.

I can’t wait to hold this space for you to decompress and build a lifelong practice of filling your cup.

What is The Full Cup Collective?

Live 1-hour Community call, monthly

Connect with others so that you can replenish yourself and get the support, feedback and guidance you’re most needing. You’re not alone in this! All sessions will be recorded.

The Full Cup Collective is a monthly membership space that includes a live monthly 20-min practice space where you’ll get bite sized nuggets you can weave into your most stressful days to reset. Additionally, you’ll have access to a live monthly 1-hr Q&A call to connect with others who are balancing all the things and feeling alone in it!

  • Nope! All the practice sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the community. Watch whenever it’s convenient for you. The calls will be live.

  • That’s okay! I know you have so much going on. All the practice sessions will be available within the membership platform.

  • I’ll be leading you through simple practices adapted from Somatic Experiencing, trauma-sensitive yoga and mindfulness. These practices do not require yoga pants! Sometimes we’ll be breathing, placing a hand over our chest, or doing some gentle movement. They’ll vary month-to-month!

  • Right now, it’s a package deal! With that being said, feel free to skip the membership calls and just learn the tools. There’s no right way to be part of the Full Cup Collective. :)
